The most important factor for functioning of the body parts and a healthy growth is food.Every day we must eat a lot of food .They have different nutritional values and thay are equal essential for our health.Our body required carbonhydrates.proteins fats,eenzymes,vitamins,and minerals for a heathy growth.I classify food according to nutritional benefits,frommfood having nutrients make us beautifull ,treatment diseases and longten ages.
To have a completedly strong and beautiful body ,beside a good form of exercise ,we need a good mode of eating and drinking .Because foods contains enough nutrients :fats,starch,mineral and many dozens different nutritional subtances.Foods help our skin more beautifull and lose weight effectly such as apple ,potato,papaya,cantaloup,grapes,strawberries ,green vegetables ,especially yoghurt,because those are very rich nutrients.In addition many foods are used to mask for skin such as cantaloup ,watermelon,potato,avocado,cacumber ..they have many vitamins E, B.....help skin absord nutrients and make skin blighter,soft and more strong.they are made from natural and affect better and longer than techical ways and not expensive.It is nesscessary for us to enrich those food everyday .
If you know to pay attention carefully early about sources of nutrients are provided in our meals.It will help us prevent from dangerous dicease .Laching of nutrients from foods causes many diseases such as:rickets ,cancers ,heart .... So we always replenish sources of nutrional foods,especially,radish green tea carrots blight color fruits,in these have varieties of nutrients that have effect to treament and prevent germs of dicease cells.
